PDF/A Export Availability

As some of you knnow, to increase efficiency and accuracy, courts established protocols for electronic filing through Case Management Electronic Filing system. Currently, the CM/ECF can accept both PDF and PDF/A documents. Information received from Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) and Adobe recently indicates that changes are forthcoming which will require all documents to be formatted as PDF/A.

I know there are Canon Image Runner Advance machines that support this new file format for archival of PDF. MY QUESTION IS, WHAT AVAILABL EXPORTS ARE OUT THERE SO THAT I CAN UPDATE THIS FORMAT ON THE CURRENT MACHINES I HAVE.

I have IR5055, IR5075, IR5185c....

Kyocera has a set of applications and services that would take care of most of these type of issues, though as far as I can see there is no current support for PDF/A, our older Document Server Software KYOCapture offers Meta Tagging, There is a new line of Apps not sure if they are already out or about to, that would connect to a Sharepoint server and allow you to add Meta Tags on the fly as you scan. THis probably will not help you, but hey, you're in the wrong section :-)
