    FS-c1020mfp hanging

    I'm posting this here because this is basically a printer. Plus the problem is print related.

    So. In a nutshell. The customer goes to print and intermitently the printer hangs. The display shows 'Processing' but nothing happens. This is happening with multipul users, so it's not only one user causing the problem. It happens from various applications. One time it was an email from MSutlook another it was a PDF from Adobe Reader7.

    So far all we can is clear the printer queue and reboot the machine.

      We have seen this on some printers...check the print drivers and emulation settings.

          Also make sure the firmware is up to date...

              Changing drivers from PCL5 to a Kyocera driver. Seems to have solved the problem. Thanks.
