    [Misc] printing issue

I am having a printing issue with a cs-3060. The firmware is updated and the customer is using the updated driver. Everything else prints fine except for her emails. She is using Microsoft outlook 2003. When she prints her emails they cut off, almost like the image is magnified when she prints. All other documents print fine. Its just her emails, i tried different emulations in the driver and matched up the unit. Same result. Sent the same email to another cs-3060. Same result, i am leaning towards outlook doing this. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I have included a sample of the print.

Have you tried changing the orientation in the Page Setup? I never understood why people want to print emails anyway...
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

yes i have same result. I have to agree with you on the printing of emails. Seems to me like the more paperless we attempt to become the more we use

How about manually changing the zoom setting?

when i tried to make changes in outlook some sections were grayed out, which probably means that she doesnt have sufficient rights to make changes. when i go back i will try it in the driver. what section of the driver? preferences?

Have you checked that the page size setting in Outlook matches the actual paper size?

Wow, and normally Acrobat has the most printing problems. Does this occur from each cassette and bypass? Does this also occur from Word, Excel, etc or even Acrobat? Do other e-mails print out fine and lastly is anybody else in the office having the same problem printing their e-mails? If not, then if you forward the specific e-mail to them, is the problem still present?

Change the printsettings in IE and check your output for the email prints in Outlook, had the same problem and fixed it in IE.......
