wiered one .this machine comes to ready and screen is normal .if i push any button on the left ,status, copy,program,send etc the help screen comes up .i can copy and do all the other things but i have to continually hold the button down or the help screen will not clear .i have done the latest upgrade (11) didnt help .on the top row left buttons, system menu and counter button led lights but the help button does not.we have had a problem with four machines and this one (our showroom machine has been robbed for parts)
i have got it all back together and it prints and copies fine except for the help screen.

i have not seen a problem like this but to me it sounds like a button is being held down or something is pinching a wire or the buttons inside of the control panel????

I would completely take apart the keypad sections and clean the hell out of them. Take each button out to clean all surfaces.

change the main pwb dimm and again upgrade the firmware(11)latest
