    welcome screen

    hello every body
    i have problem with task alfa 500ci the problem is machine doesnt get ready only it's showed welcome screen ....
    any idea please

    have you tried to disconnect the HDD, and also upgrade firmware.

      just got over the same problem it was the dimm (on main pwb back of machine )i had to get it rewriten .dont know what corrupted it .

        TA 500 ci

        as a ps before i changed the dimm i also swapped the engine and main pwbso it was the dimm that was the problem

              If you have a fax system on it, disconnect the fax and remove the fax dimm.
              If at first you don't succeed, redefine success

                  had same issue on a 400ci, it was the dimm. Try that first.

                    i solved the problem ...what i did
                    i down grade the frimware then i change Dimm and upgrade frimware again and now 3 days no call i hope it's working now
