when i read some i notice many problem that always posted is the "freeze" or "hang" problem when the machine loading...may question is what is particular cost of this? or there any solution or a software that can easy reprogram or restart this? that free and easy,because is this like a desktop computer or a laptop when it hang you only restart and it well work again?... any idea for this or for all expert tech..?

its all depending on the model of the unit, also some units will freeze and almost 20 minutes later you will get an error code. As stated earlier each model is different and the solutions vary. sometimes reflashing firmware works. On the newer models there is a program chip that may go bad or just the memory itself that may be bad. Hope this helps.
