    KM C2230 printing issue

    I am having a printing issue with a KM c2230
    When I make a color copy all back ground print out with light grey color like this section
    Message & picture are fine only hole back ground printed with grey tone color

    anyone have idea......

      Have you ran the Print Density/Print Highlight adjustments?
      But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

          Hi, I have never seen one of these and dont have a manual but sounds similar to when the main charge is not in fully? just a suggestion.

              The Print Density/Print Highlight adjustments are normal (I guess)
              If you know How to check
              Please let me know
              It was O.K for Printing before week ago
