    [Error Code] Kyocera km-c1530 (Konica-Minolta CF1501)

    I replaced the the Oil Coating Unit with a new one but the message it is still there. Is there a way to reset the copier?

      I believe you have to reset the count through service mode, but it's been so long since I've seen one of these that I can't remember how. God, we had nothing but trouble with those things...
      But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

          If it's the same as a Minolta CF1501, there is an Oil coating unit and an Oil Supply unit make sure you have replaced the correct one. The machine is reset by a small fuse in the replacement unit 'blowing' when fitted.
          The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

              I have changed the Oil Coating Unit (the smaller one) made sure the contacts are clean and I checked the fuse that is still intact after installing the unit. Looks like the copier doesn't recognize the new unit. I don't have the service manual.
