420ci Fax Dimm error

Hi I have a Taskalfa, showing c0650 on boot up, if I remove the fax option it's OK, the manual points to the Main PWB, any comments?

if its been fitted from another machine you`ll need to do a ram clear on the fax system,think its 600 or something close.make sure to backup any stored numbers and address book by running sim917
