KM 1650 dead

We have a customer that called and said there machine will not get past the Kyocera screen.
We are guessing the main pcb. Has anyone had this problem before?

i had one do this. i pulled ram and dimm and reseated, restored the machine.

I found out that it is the doc feeder. The machine was so close to the wall that the harness is broken.
