We have spent hours trying to get both the fs-1128mfp and fs-c2026mfp to scan via USB on Windows XP with no success. We have updated the firmware on the 2026 to the latest that had the "fixed" xp usb support. They work with Windows Vista and 7 perfectly. We can also use the TWAIN network driver fine. However many clients have no network at all and our sales people have promised USB scanning that we cannot deliver. Has anyone found a hack or different driver to make these work? Thanks.
