i have facing a problem of network traffic jaming for 10min. from IP add. which i have given to the machine kyocera KM 2560.getting error from symantec anti virus

May be an IP address conflict. Some other machine on the network may have the same IP. Try to ping the IP address with the copier's network cable unplugged. You get a reply, try a different IP for the copier.

easier still let the copier obtain an address via dhcp, use that address and see if problem persists.
