5050 fax confirmation

Hi guys

I have a 5050 runing fine except for one small issue, the customer sends a fax and although the fax goes the confirmation sheet does not appear immediatly but prints out around 1 hour after sending the fax. This is sending to varius fax numbers.

Your advise as always is appreicated.

Make sure that the fax line is Analog..POTS (plain old telephone system)

DSL drives the Kyo fax systems crazy.

Just in case u never got this resolved, The latest firmware corrects fax issues such as this and going offline for no reason
