Dave..Please provide more details...Jam 80 is technically a finisher entrance sensor jam, but is rarely the sensor..I've seen 3 solutions in my experience..1. dirty sensors.Clean ALL finisher sensors well. 2. There is a small PCB inside the finisher commonly refered to as the "middle pcb". I fixed a jam80 with that once..3. A couple of weeks ago, one of our techs had to replace the main finisher pcb..I assume this code goes away when you unplug the finisher. Also there was a firmware update some time ago that specifically addressed Jam80..What is your firmware?Comment

dave ,i had a brand new sorter out of the box that kept giving a jam 80 every 20 copies or so.it was the exit sensor.i checked it through diagnostics and it was staying on
intermitantly.not the sensor arm the switch itself.
