    Kyocera KM-5050 Strange problem

Hi everybody! I am new to the forum. I work at a local police department in NJ. Thanks to recent budget cuts we now have no one to fix our printers! The problem that I am having is that when printing from draws were the long edge of the paper is parallel to the front of the printer there is a grayish blackish line, approximately 1 cm across the whole bottom of the page (it varies in darkness). It resembles that of if you had pulled the paper off of the glass before it was finished scanning. I had tried to change the density, just for trouble shooting purposes and it made no difference. When I print from draw 2 (Which is set up with the short end parallel to the front of the printer the line goes away. I downloaded the manual and followed all cleaning instructions (The filters were probably never cleaned) but it did not help at all. I was thinking that maybe when someone here changed the toner cartridge they may have some how spilled some toner down the hole closest to the front of the printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.... I am working till 7 am so feel free to post anything that may possibly work and Ill try it!
