have had 2 400ci machines in the same customer pissing waste toner out of that white cap at the front side of the cleaning unit on the ITB. I have seen the Tech B in relation to same but it doesn't look very effective. I have yet to implement the mod suggested. has anybody had or done this yet.

Do you mean the modification with the little spring in the waste toner opening?

Done on a lot machines. I put in the spring whenever I visit a customer. Never had problems. The spring should be carefully placed, and you should check if it stays in place.
