Hi !

My customer have a Kyocera Mita KM C2230 with an Error code c0016

I have Replaced the control Board with Old EEPROM(ic45)

but still the same situration

Please Help Me...

**is BK PC Motor same as Main Motor ?
if it is different Please let me know where is the located each one

Was one of the image units recently replaced? I've had the developer in those units come very stiff out of the box. I usually use a pair of needle nose pliers to work the augers from the back until they loosen up.
