Hi all!
We have a problem with a Kyocera FS-C1020MFP.
Our customer has change the password for the command center, then forgotten what it was. Now they can not save any changes they make.
I think this machine is a Ricoh, so it is not the same cc as the rest of the Kyocera range. (see screenshots).

Does anyone know of a way to reset the password back to factory - which is blank - or anything else for that matter?
(I have also posted this in the Ricoh forums)
Thanks!
