Salve ho una macchina nuova appena imballata e installata dal cliente . Appena che l'accendo mi esce scritto il messaggio ( welcome) e per 20 minuti rimane sempre cosi' anche per 50 minuti . Ho fatto tutte le prove possibili anche farlo avviare tramite aggiornamento firmware ma niente. Non fa altro che caricare toner ma alla fine il messaggio esce sempre.grazie per l'aiuto
hello i have a new machine just installed by customer and packaged. Just me out that light up the written message (welcome) for 20 minutes and is always so 'even for 50 minutes. I did all the tests even possible start doing nothing but through firmware update. Makes no other that charging toner but at the end of the message out to help sempre.grazie
