[Error Code] FS-C2026MFP error 1102 when Scan to Email

    Hi,

We have FS-C2026MFP installed with Accounting and User Login activated.
I have set up the SMTP and POP3 thru Command Center with the valid email account and password.
If we try to scan to email, for any user we got error 1102. Only in case that user DeviceAdmin(2600) is logged the scan to email works perfect.

    Any ideas are welcomed!

Setup a new user called "scans" or whatever and give it full admin rights. Then route through that.

Re: FS-C2026MFP error 1102 when Scan to Email

          Hi n25an,

          What I did was:
          - to enable user login with Local Authentication
          - to create two users: one with Administrator and one with User privileges. Both are on Others account.
          - unknown id job is by default - Reject
          - job accounting is by default - disabled
          - thru Command Center I have set the SMTP and POP3(after set to Off)

          After these steps was done:
          - login as id with Administrator privileges: printing and copying are ok. Scan to USB is ok. Scan to e-mail results in 1102 error
          - login as id with User privileges: printing and copying are ok. Scan to USB is ok. Scan to e-mail results in 1102 error
          - login as DeviceAdmin (2600/2600): printing and copying are ok. Scan to USB is ok. Scan to e-mail is ok
          - disable the User Login: printing and copying are ok. Scan to USB is ok. Scan to e-mail is ok

From step 3 I got the conclusion (and also from reports received) that the problem is not in the SMTP settings.
