salve ho un problema su una taskalfa 250ci, sia nella stampa che nella copia e' molto lenta.le stampe e le copie sono perfette ma ogni volta durante la giornata sta sempre in movimento per diverso tempo anche 1 ora e poi risprende a stampare . non da nessun codice o messaggio di errore.

Hi I have a problem on a TASKalfa 250ci, both in print and copy in the 'very lenta.le prints and copies are perfect, but each time during the day is always on the move for some time as 1 hour and then risprende printing. not by any code or error message.

Try the latest Firmware.

Also, check the color calibration settings, if is set to fast, it will stop and calibrate alot (which will slow you down),

It could be strictly a printing issue that is slowing the copy side as well

- Do all print jobs slow the copier, or only certain kinds (DOC, PDF, XLS, etc etc)
-- If it is only a PDF
--- try changing the Emulation from PCL to KPDL
--- Try connecting your computer directly to it and print, see if it is still slow, if it is faster is a
Network issue
--- Disconnect the copier from the network and run a copy job that previously ran slow and see if runs
faster. chances are it will.

If it is a Network issue, depending on how much IT support your company gives, you can probably check or have them check the network traffic, maybe even install a small Hub between the wall and the copier, it will probably help you.

anche io ho lo stesso problema in una rete di 13 pc con 3 stampanti + la kyocera taskalfa 250ci, e molto lenta anche se deve stampare 50 pagine b/n , circa 40 secondi per cominciare a stampare un solo PDF A3 non pesante , mentre indirizzando la stampa su un altra stampante nel qual caso una hp 2055 pochi secondi e parte .... avete dei suggerimenti
