This is an age old argument that rears its head all the time.

The colours look different to that which is on the screen because the colour calibration between the screen and copier are different. What the monitor produces as green, the machine might interperate that as a light green.

You can calibrate your monitor to compensate for this, but I can't remember how any more. My normal response is to just make an adjustment with in the software to the colour so that it is reproduced as you require it.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

The reason the colors on the print don't match the colors on the screen is because they are created by two entirely different processes. Prints are made by reflected colors cyan, magenta, yellow and black, whereas computer screens use projected red, green and blue light to create color images. It is very difficult to exactly reproduce colors between the two processes. People spend thousands of dollars on print controllers alone to accomplish this feat and still only just come really close. Countless hours have been wasted in the field trying to get people to understand this concept.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I agree with Jules Winfield here. Computer Screen generates RGB while the KM MFP generates a CMYK effect.

Solution > Invest on the Image Controller (IC-406) and ensure a color calibration is done to your computer screen as well. With the optional adds on color management software of Spot-Color, your color on screen shall match your output to a nearer match. As I believe, it it almost impossible to get a 100% matching.

For your info, printing a same file from a different desktop might generates different color output too.
