    [Misc] Customer Service Video

    There is an old funny customer service training video back in the 70's I believe. I think it was called The Two Bobs. It was about two copier technicians. One did and said the right things and one did not. I can not find it anywhere. Does anyone have a link I may be able to download it. Thanks.
