[Error Code] Display indicates "Insert key counter" in KM 4035

Need Help ..
display of KM 4035 indicates insert key counter.
I tested the motherboard of this KM 4035 in another Km 4035 and the problem exists..
so I think it's in motherboard.
So what shall I do ? Is it possible to reprogram motherboard.

Check maintenance mode U204 to see if key counter is enabled. If so, disable it.

I already did that but still the issue remains..

Try reflashing the firmware or initializing the memory (U021, I think).
