Hello,
Doc Feeder will jam up or skew bad when duplexing... After cleaning the rollers and putting more tension on the springs that give tension to the idle rollers for the duplex turn around, it doesnt jam as frequently but is still skewed.
Is there an adjustment or replacment rollers for those top rollers of the df that has he spring loaded tension rollers upto it, where the paper comes out half-way and then gets pulled back in? when the paper gets pulled back in, you can see i skew. When turning the rollers shaft manually, the grey rubber roller doesnt make good contact with the white plastic idle roller towards the rear and causing skew.
Thanks!
