I try to connect to the Kyocera 300ci's using microsoft clip ogernizer 2010. But the program say it can not connect to the scan. Please help me, please!

Did you try intalling Kyocera's twain driver?

Yes sure, I installed it and the program included in show that they recognize the machine, but I can not use scan.

you dont need to use software to enable scanning.

you could scan directly from PC, or scan to your email.

It's my customer's machine. So I will tell you exactly what I get when I'm there.
