    KM 7530 Background dirty

Hi!. I am new in the forum.
I check a kyocera-mita KM 7530 and 6330 that dirty the back face of paper. I replaced the transfer belt, the cleaning brush, the transfer clutch. check and resoldering the transfer/sep high voltage unit. The claning unit of the drum is ok, but toner is found in the transfer belt. The terminal of the tranfer cleaning brush is in place etc..
    What can be the problem?
    I appreciated whatever help!

Well lets evaluate your copy count, first whats the pm count at and what the total count. Its a 500k pm cycle. Heres a few things causing your problem, transfer belts on this model runs and looks dirty anyway. If you turn it on and toner is coated on the transfer belt that not good. You my have a drum going bad or the main/ch corona unit is arching. But most likely you deveopler unit is causing your problem and you get a new one in a full pm kit "nice". If you checked every thing else as ok then try a developer unit first, but worse case your laser is writing to the drum you can check by covering the laser glass with paper and turn it on. Thats usually last if your have changed pm supplies. on these models when you have a problem something is bad or broke. After you turn on the machine dont make a copy and pull out the drum and see if its coated with toner it should be if to belt is. Where will toner get there from, the developer unit so good luck, hope this helps here the part # 2FA93170.

        Re: KM 7530 Background dirty

I am sorry. I made a mistake. The problem is not a dirty backgroung, is a dirty of toner in the back side of the paper. The copy quality is ok, in one of this machines the primary corona is new, the drum has 300K, same the developer. The total count is about 1.500.000. If I clean the transfer belt and make some copies (more than 5) and check the belt it has toner inside. In one machine changed the transfer cleaning unit and about 500 copies the belt turn dirty and the back side of paper is with toner. In the KM 6330 I disassembly the scanner and cleaned all the laser. But the problem continuous.
        Thanks for the answer!

Check the ground connection of the transfer belt ass'y, if you have one, add a star washer under the connector and make sure it is screwed in tight.... good luck.

            Agree with monstott2010 6330

if that doesn't help check the pipe, waste toner transfer from Transfer belt cleaning unit to all the way to waste toner bottle. I got one speacially bent screwdriver about 1ft long to get the junk out of the tubes, then vaccum it out and then blow the rest with compressor.

Or it might be just dev. dropping toner..
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?
