My Friend has a Copystar Ri4530, It only works as a copier, but I do know that it can be upgraded to be a printer and scanner (there is a copy,printer,scanner button on the machine) but what I do not know is how to upgrade it to become a printer and scanner also. What do I need to get to upgrade it? ...a printer board?...if so, where can she buy it at?

With a machine that old, parts for upgrade may be hard to come by... may want to just purchase a new/newer machine with those functions... lots of good used machines out there on the market that would be more efficient and have the functionality you are looking for. -
