    CS-3500i DP771. Can't scan dbl sided.

    This is a new machine we set up about a month ago. It has a DP771, when we turned the machine on. There is no option to choose double sided scans. 1>1 or 1>2 only available. Sales went ahead and sold this machine to a customer, and is on site knowing it had this problem. Short of a firmware update, anyone seen this before?

      We found the problem.. The DIMM was not installed for the machine.

          In order to do duplex scan the memory has to be upgraded to 2 GB. 1 GB is standard.
