Need help in buying the right copier

    Hi,

We are a small school based out of Indiana and we print our own materials.

our booklets are usually 3-4 pages of size 8.5 x 5.5 inches ( half page) and we staple those pages.

Currently we print duplex on our Ricoh 3235c, cut the paper into 2 and staple the pages.

I was wondering if there is a good machine which can take it 1/2 page size paper (8.5 x 5.5), print duplex and staple it with out any manual work.

I tried doing the same on our existing Ricoh 3235c but this machine wouldnt print duplex on half sheet paper.

Please let me know which system can solve my need.

    Thanks for your time.

If u need B/W then Kyocera all the way nothing comes close in mid range. For buisness colour is Ricoh. For higher quality colour Konica Minolta.

One of the big issues to think about is the service that is provided. Find machines that you like, but also look at the company. I dont care what box it is if the service is not there to back it up then you will not be happy. I cant speak from experience on the Ricohs, but the The copystar black and whites are good, and Konica Minolta which is my strong point, is what I prefer.
