    KM 4530

    What would cause all the developer to be pulled out of developing unit resulting in a C-7100??? I then replaced the developing unit and one of the copies made came out black yet not solid and not the whole page(top of page and bottom) resulting in a C-5100. The paper being used was 11x8.5. Did not have the problem with 8.x11R paper. I plan on replacing the corona charger ass'y and drum. Any other thoughts???

      yes, the charge unit, drum and I would check the T/S blocks and wire.
