KM C-2630d says add toner

Got a call from a new customer, she said the machine says add toner(black)she put in a new one and it still calling for toner. Were Toshiba primarily but I dont want to turn her away. Of course she got it from the internet and no support is around. Is this a fix thats common or should I pass it up?

Dont quote me on this but i think there are 2 types of toner 1 for a printer 1 for a copier but different fitments. Also make sure the toner unit is not broken i.e. it has been shaken and that it hasnt been stored on its end. I got a black unit to fit but a day later it came in for add toner, i did wonder why it was a tight fit. Failing that its possiblty the dev unit and if so oh well lifes a bit#h!
