    KM2550 black line

    Hi everybody,
    I have the machine in object that as a line when print. I checked the drum and the development but I've not seen anything.

    I suppose that is the drum, the machine has 60k copies. I saw the the life of the drum ia about 150k copies.
    It could be the drum?
    Can I make some test?
    Can anyone help me?

      What kind of a line and where? It could be the charge grid or the charge grid cleaner was not pushed all the way in.

              You could have a groove in the heat roller, deep enough will cause lines.

              Good thing about 2550 is the drum disassembly is pretty easy. Pop off side covers, pull out shaft, clean everything with alcohol and pat down with setting power.

              A common problem is build up on the drum's cleaning blade.
