Print multiple documents in one print job (FS-3140+)

    Hi everyone,

Today i've been asked the following by a customer :

He has an FS-3140+ with the 2 optional Paper Feeders. He wants to print multiple documents at once in 1 print job. So he has a few PDF-documents, some Word-documents, a few JPG's, and some Excel sheets and wants to print this in 1 print job. He also wants all documents separated by a colored sheet (fed from the by-pass).
I've tried DesktopBinder (Ricoh Application), but this won't let me insert colored sheets between the documents. Does anyone know an application that can do all this?

    Thanks

Build it in Adobe's Acrobat Pro. Insert blank pages where needed and assign page calls accordingly.

You mean : making one PDF of all documents?

Open the word doc and there'll be a button selection at the top center for "Convert To PDF". Save as such. Open the image files and select "Save As" and pick the .pdf option. Once you have everything done as a PDF, open Acrobat and select the Build a PDF option from the File dropdown menu.

You can also try either Nuance Omni-Page 17 or Paperport and open the file into one file and then save and print as one job. The Nuance solution should be less expensive , as well. Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply. Haven't been to that customer yet, but I'll keep this in mind.
