[Jamming] Kyocera Mita FS-1128mfp Jamming from 1st papertray

I have an 1128 that is jamming from the first paper tray. the paper stops right in front of the registration roller. When making a copy through the multifuncion tray the copy goes through fine.Only from the first paper tray there is jamming.I've swopped the complete gearbox,no difference in the problem.When testing the clutches in service mode , they work fine. the machine has only done 1500 copies.Any suggestions????

Check the separation roller and spring in the cassette. You might even need to stretch the spring a little.

After a lot of cursing and late nights, i managed to sort out the problem.It was the paper loop setting that some idiot changed
