    Kyocera Taskalpha 750c (Toshiba engine)

Customer has one of these and they have access codes to monitor usage. There is an access code of 00000 which they did not setup that is using anywhere from 0 to 150 clicks each month. They tried to delete it and it won't delete. You can walk up to the copier and enter this code and it won't give you a copy, same with the print. Anyone know what this account code is and why it produces clicks?

I've thought of that, but I am the only tech servicing this machine and I rarely print reports. Certainly not 150 pages of reports a month. Thanks for the reply though.
