Has anyone seen where the machine does not report the toner levels corectly? Thru the web interface and on the printed status page, toner levels remain at 6% even after replacing toner?

Hi,
I also have this issue with one single color, yellow all other colors works fine and are detected.
It's been reseated etc but no go, could it be a bad toner or is it something else I should try?
It's a Kyo toner so no 3rd party ones...
