    show toner container

    Hi ! i have one machine {km2550} whenever i print from PC or photocopy about 100 copied , i heard the adding toner sound and after that ,the panel will show " check toner container " and its stop . I take out toner container and put back the copier , its start to run again and it happend a few time untill now its cannot c solve .Any input will be appreiated .THANK YOU

    Just had this happen with one.

    Check the switch in the back of the toner area to make sure it's not sticking, try another toner cartridge just to be on the safe side, then make sure it has the most up to date firmware. If the problem persists then just go ahead and replace the engine board. There's actually 2 knowledge base articles on the Kyocera tech site about this. I tried it and it worked. I put the bad board into one of our machines here at the shop and it started having toner cartridge sensor problems.

    It's the board.

        Hi,first make sure the cartridge is pushed into the machine and there is no leeway between the cartridge and the blue lever at the front of the machine.I have used a piece of folded paper wedge between the lever and the container to make sure it is fully slotted home.
