    Kyocera 850D Toner Waste Full

    I don't generally service these, but a friend of mine has the toner waste indication and cannot use the copier. I had him replace with new the toners and waste container, still won't go away and machine will not function.
    Anyone able to help here?

      Did he actually replace the WTB with a new one or just empty it? If new the sensor may be dirty, if emptied the bottle has an area that the sensor looks thru (clean it).

          Yes it was a brand new bottle and the sensors look clean. I'm thinking there is some kind of reset code required
