      Defective thermistor in Fusing Unit. Check/Replace the Fusing Unit and reset with U163.

          It doesn't hurt to try resetting first. I've actually had those codes come up due to extreme weather changes.

          If it doesn't reset after one try then Eric1968 was correct.

                  There is a mod bulletine. You need to replace the housing and the fuser connector at the back of the the copier.Or thermistors need a bit of a clean.
