Kyocera FS C5350DN missing cyan

I have a problem. Printer doesnt print cyan from jobs, status page, test copy from menu>service>.....>print test page.<br>I make drum-refresh,LSU/charger clean, dev-cln but it doesnt solve problem. <br>The counter of printer is 62k copies(59k copies is color).

I'd guess drum or developer. You can swap drums to test if it's the drum which would rule it out or confirm that. You can not swap dev units tho as they are different. if the problem follows the drum you know you need a new drum. If it stays at the cyan you know it's a dev unit.
