    [Misc] PDF PRINTING

    Hi All

I have a customer with a Kyocera TA 250ci. They create their own PDF's through InDesign, but when they print them out it shows all the layers in the print. If I select "print as image" in the advanced section of the print dialogue box that comes up, that clears the issue, however the result of this is slow printing.
I have installed the machine using the KX driver on a KPDL setting (data pass through unchecked) and Kyocera first suggested changing to a PCL driver, but this doesn't help. the second suggestion is using the single KPDL driver but this has reduced functionality.

    any ideas?

Hi Thanks for the reply. I think I have tried every driver possible for this model, kyocera tech have had a sample document and that printed ok for them. May have to try again on other machines? The sample also printed fine to a Ricoh mp c??
