Hi Guys

Has anyone had this issue with kyocera drivers?

We have a customer who has Utax CDC 1725 copiers and Utax CLP 3630 printers and is using the equivilent Kyocera drivers as they are on a citrix setup and are using a package called IRIS.

they drivers have to be signed hence the reason for the Kyocera drivers.

They ar experiencing the following DLL error. KMUU52DQ.DLL.

your help will be appreciated.

What happens if u reload the print drivers since it seems they r corrupted.Try the basic printer installation config to see if it works.

>how about printing from any other windows based app,or even the test page.

Long time ago had a client using citrix to print on a KM 1635 & didnt have issues.

Try out the above & lets work it out from there.
