Make sure the Print board is fully inserted inside the machine, just take the little back cover off(1 screw) and you will see if it is properly conected.

Do you get the PRINTER menu on screen?

If it is connected properly to Main Board, then try and ping the print board from your PC, if that fails try through the Firmware Network Utility, that usually finds any KYOCERA board through Mac address...and try and load new Firmware...I believe the IB21 is on those.

If that fails, have a proper look inside the RJ45 connector and whilst machine Switched OFF !!!! and unplugged from mains, try and "SLIGHTLY PULL UP THE PINS" on the network port...BE CAREFUL not to pull them out completely, then try and reconnect.

The pull up usually helped me with bad connections on 5050's.

      Good Luck.
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?
