KM1810 a400 code

Have an a400 code and its not listed in the sm and the user guide tells customer to call for service, anyone have any idea what this points to. Thanks , Robert

heh yup - bad LSU - replace and restart - dont forget to set the LSU type (see the lablel on new unit) in service mode

The polygon motor failure you mention is for the C400 code. Is this also for the A400 code???

yes. sometimes u can take cover off of laser unit and pull out polygon mirror, clean the shaft and the bushing, put a spot of lightweight oil on shaft, reassemble and it will work again. works about 50-60% of time.
