    3035 dirty back side

First copy out has toner on back side of the page. It is comming from the fuser. The fuser is the new style, everything else looks good

check transfer roller..?? are you sure that the fuser is where the toner is appearing..stop a print as it is entering the fuser and see if it is there before the fuser, it is tricky trying to stop prints in mid cycle.

I'd check to make sure the customer isn't using generic toner. I've seen generic toner cause that problem. If you were to vacuum out the DV unit and put in OEM it'll probably purr like kitten.

Thanks part of the problem was the transfer roller. The other part was to put in an old style fuser

You can scrub that transfer roller with a green weenie or a shop towel and alchohol. Comes back like it's brand new. Let it dry a few minutes before you put it back in.
