    km-net viewer .....PITA

    Hi All

Have a customer who wants a printout of usage and names on a 3050ci for billing purposes. The copier will print it out in numeric order but the cus insists on alphabetical order. I am using km-net viewer, what a PITA(Is their a better program to use that is free)Is their an easy way to print out the information without first exporting it to a file then opening it up with Excel? Also in Excel ,the names don't come out in alphabetical order even though they were exported that way. . Hope this isn't too much of a stupid question, just not very familiar with viewer.

    Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure on the KMnet Viewer aspect of alphabetizing but in Excel once you get it exported into a spreadsheet you can easily sort it that way.

KM-Net for accounting is not working with those machines, because security issues.

As far as i know,KM Net Viewer can also manage accounts(which version r u using..mines v5.3.1922) wherefrom u can export the reports already pre arranged in alphabetical order.

Another alternative is to send her the soft copy so that she can modify the document to her specs since she the 1 who wants it an alphabetical order (assuming she knows her way around Excel).

The "easier way" is to print it from the MFD's HDD which may be paper intensive if the users are many from the sys menu..userlogin/job a/c..job a/c setting..print a/c report.
