    Blocking TASKalfa 3050ci

    Hello, I have a problem on a TASKalfa 3050ci. I have to make copies of newspapers. I deleted the copy effect, less resolution but still crashes. This blocks the machine and asks to restart and comes after 3, 7 or 10 copies. The original memory is 768MB. When I scan the same thing it will not stop. Did you experience this problem? Thank you for your answers.

      Do you man after 3, 7 or 10 copies the machine crashes and requires you to reboot? if so start with the firmware. reseat the memory?

          I replaced the machine with the same model and the problem starts every time. I will Regad the firmware and memory.
