I have a customer complaining that the add toner light keeps coming on and also the low toner light. We have updated the firmware to the latest from Nov 11th. according to event log it looks like they have replaced the toner 5times in 17k. I have ran 1500 pages and everything ok. Was thinking of trying a different dv unit, but wanted a second opinion thanks

You've probably already thought of this but are they putting in old toner cartridges?
We routinely have customers that put old cartridges back in the back like it's brand new and put it back where they store it. What happens is the next time it needs changed no one knows that it's an old toner cartridge and they put it in.
