    km-2810 scan problem sending via e-mail

    Hello, I have a km-2810 it was working properly but, sunddenly the scanthat is not sendingvia e-mail and appears code 2201and hasalreadylooked at themanual butdid not help. anyone have any suggestionsof what can be?

    The network cable is disconnected or the hub that it is connected to is not operating properly. Check the cable and the hub. Otherwise, the server name or the host name of the SMTP server is not set correctly. Use COMMAND CENTER and register the SMTP server name and the host name correctly.

        If you're using the DNS name for the SMTP server, make sure you have DNS servers populated in the TCP IP settings. Otherwise the machine will never find the SMTP server.

            i have had this problem many times with different machines, try and put in the ip address for the smtp server instead of the name. This has work for me in the past.
